Job Description:

- Define achievable targets and goals for agents and teams to ensure we meet forecasted cases on Monthly basis Regularly review as required to support the business

- Monitor the calls and provide Sales/Training rebuttal to the agent, reviewing the training team performance

- Campaign Management, Optimizing the resources and ensuring 95% productivity from each agent, Mentor the bottom quartile to upscale the performance

- Liaison Call Center Training team

Candidate requirements

- Must have call center exposure (outbound calling)

- Exposure of telecalling sales

Experience- 5-8 years

Preferred from LI, but ok to consider candidates from other industry with desired skill set
