Job Summary

A candidate should be able to direct and oversee an organizations sales policies, objectives and initiatives Set short and long-term sales strategies and evaluate effectiveness of current sales programs Recommend product or service nhancements to improve customer satisfaction and sales potential

Roles & Responsibilities

- Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the sales team

- Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands companys customer base and ensure its strongpresence

- Build and maintaining client relations

- Work with internal departments such as the Marketing or Product teams to engage audiences and clients more deeply

- Meet and exceed KPIs and sales targets

- Possess deep knowledge of business product offering and value proposition

- Follow organisational policies and regulations that affect the Sales department
