Position Title Sales Manager, Bangladesh

Single Country Role 1

Key Contacts (Internal) Customer Service Team, Clinical Team, Local Sales Team, Marketing Team Key Contacts (External) Implant Customers (end users), Surgeons, Audiologists, Habilitationists, Administrators

Position Purpose

- Achieve and exceed sales targets through appropriate market development activities that are strongly aligned with Cochlears values

- Strive to provide the best-in-industry Customer Experience by implementing Direct-To-Customer activities in collaboration with Health Care Professionals (HCP)

- Be the owner of all business and market development related activities and operations in the assigned Territory and the first point of contact for all HCPs within the Territory

- Build a strong and supportive community of customers and HCPs to create awareness and establish Cochlear as a highly preferred brand when it comes to implantable hearing solutions

Overview of Responsibilities

- Build strong Advocacy network to achieve Sales targets

- Manage customer relationships

- Grow the market through the HCPs

- Build a robust services business with focus on Customer Experience

- Support the HCPs to develop their business and their confidence in operating Cochlears devices

- Develop market intelligence
