Job Description:

Indicative Job Role

- Build and manage relationships with education and government leadership, including principals, administrators, and industry leaders

- Identify prospective markets, channels, and partners needed to achieve the companys mission

- Drive expansion programs and team up with partners/franchisee in all regions on strategic opportunities

- Own targets and deliver results against annual goals

- Understand industry and education trends, and provide thought leadership through the business development cycle

Indicative Job Requirements

- Role will involve travel

- 1-4 years of Sales or Business Development experience working within the education sector

- Strong communication and presentation skills are a must, as well as the ability to work effectively across internal and external organizations

- Strategic thinker who can take broad visions and concepts and develop structured plans, actions and measurable metrics to execute those plans and deliver benefits

- Bachelors degree or equivalent professional experience

- MBA or equivalent advanced degree
