Background of the role

They are looking for a high-performing Sales Manager to help them meet customer acquisition and revenue growth targets You will be responsible for maximizing sales potential, crafting sales plans and pitch products to prospects You are expected to expand presence to South East Asian countries


- Look after and further expand our client base in Malaysia, Singapore and Indonesia, Hong Kong, China as Lead - Sales for South East Asia business

- Design and implement a strategic sales plan that expands companys client base

- Proactively pursue new business and sales opportunities

- Meet and pitch our products to the prospective clients in order to acquire business

- Build and promote strong, long-lasting client relationships by partnering with them, understanding their needs and help them efficient utilise our products

- Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team

- Lead the expansion plans into other countries in south east Asia

- Manage existing clientele in Malaysia, Singapore and Indonesia


- Bachelors or Masters degree in business administration or a related field with 5-10 years of experience in business to business (B2B) sales

- Prior experience in selling Software / Hardware to Banks and financial institutions is required

- Prior experience in selling wealth management / banking technologies / digital tools will be an added advantage

- Successful previous experience as a sales representative, consistently meeting or exceeding targets

- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization

- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close

- Strong business sense and industry expertise
