Managing end to end Projects from planning to Project Commissioning
Monitoring Development with respect to cost, resource Deployment, Quality Compliane,
Organising, planning, Scheduling & Coordinating various Site tests, Inspections etc
Resource Planning, Materials Planning, Team Building
Coordination with Internal Depts and External Customers
Testing and Cable Fault Locating
Risk Profiling, Audit of Projects
Strategic Planning to Increase Project Profit
Contract/ Vendor Management and Administration with Technical input for Improvement
Risk Mitigation
Client Relationship Management
Liasoning with Govt Authorities
Cable Route Surveys
Project Costing
Mfg Clearances from Clients
