Job Description:

To align with Corporate Procurement and be responsible for managing all aspects of the procurement service delivery in India for clients and execute Procurement strategies for local and/ or national initiatives Manage supplier relationships including administrative and operational activities and issues Ensure all Protaiga sourcing and contracting standards are maintained In this capacity, the Procurement Manager is accountable for the achievement of the Management Plan and all key performance indicators including responsibility for managing the budgets, short and long- term regional projects, operations and maintenance, interface with senior managers in client business units, coordination with other key managers within alliance partner organizations and customer satisfaction Support regional and national sourcing initiative as specified by Director Procurement JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsible to execute the Procurement strategy for clients To provide comprehensive facility, contract and procurement management for technical services to the client Review the maintenance/ service practices of M&E Contractors to deliver quality work practices in line with the manufacturer recommendations Plan & take responsibility for smooth operations of all Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing installations and Civil works pertaining to the facility Responsible for setting up the AMCmaintenance contracts with service providers to service the Client requirements Ensure proper communications with internal teams Provide detailed instruction and continuous follow- up to support the operations team in standardized RFQ/ bid and contract processes Negotiate pricing and terms with vendors to provide best possible solution to clients Manage information of Orders issued by clients and Protaiga to vendors Manage information on cost savings and provide reports on Cost Savings whenever required Identify opportunities to consolidate supplier base wherever possible to leverage on volume economies Identify suppliers, capabilities, share of business, products pricing to establish standardisation of rates for requirements Provide liaison between vendors, operations teams, finance team and management to ensure timely payments to vendors Ensure timely issue of Purchase Order to vendors Demonstrate continuous effort to improve procurement operations, decrease turnaround time and streamline work processes Manage data integrity and provide adhoc reports whenever required by the management Ensure compliance to Protaiga standard processes and procedures Be proactive and manage internal and external customer expectations Run RFPs / RFQs / Analyze the vendor / select the best logical vendor and align for the client requirements Be responsible for Statutory compliance program for sub vendors across India In consultation and collaboration with Ops Managers oversee the operation, staffing, performance and development of the sub- contractor service delivery across all sites DESIRED CANDIDATE PROFILE

Diploma in SCM and PG in Management will be preferred Qualifications in either Electrical/ Mechanical/ Civil Engineering will be an advantage DESIRED EXPERIENCE

Knowledge of ERP like SAP / Oracle, Ariba, Coupa, Ivalua would be a plus Good knowledge of suppliers, market trends, bidding process & negotiation,
