Manager, Presales System Engineering - ASEAN Sales Singapore, Singapore


Infoblox has an exciting opportunity for a Manager, Presales System Engineering ASEAN to join our team in Singapore This will be a player-coach role by leading regional presales team to partner with territory account sales team for team quota, own opportunity qualification, solution design, product demonstrations and technical presentations You will be required to travel and work in the field with your team, customers and partners

You will have a measurable track record in building and managing high performing organizations and play a key role driving a significant share of revenue for Infoblox This person reports to the Director, Presales System Engineering APJ


Directly manage presales teams and work closely with sales and professional services
Help deliver aggressive license, subscription and security revenue targets
Drive customer success and help expand deployments and use cases
Work with sales and partners for maximum effectiveness
Leverage in-house talent as well as grow and enable partner resources
Player/coach, hands-on with the team, understand and demonstrate Infoblox technically to all levels of the enterprise
Work with Regional Sales Directors with account planning, strategy and sales calls
Hire the right team to match our growth
Work within Infoblox sales methodology and processes effectively
Maintain opportunities pipeline, perform load balancing, ensure SEs follow the established process
Understand how to leverage both international and regional colleagues to expand deal size and value to the customer
Good corporate citizen two-way flow of relevant and timely information; work as a team for the most efficient use and deployment of resources
Provide timely and insightful input back to other corporate functions, particularly product management and marketing


8-10 years experience in technical sales or presales in regional level preferably
2-3 years of SE leadership experience
Presales experience with enterprise and service provider customers
Strong knowledge of cloud, virtualization, SD-WAN, network security, threat intelligence solutions and landscape
Good understanding of TCP IP stack and networking principles
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Engaged, positive attitude, ability to prioritize in demanding environment
Create solutions that creatively address customer value chain and business requirement
Must be comfortable working in a start-up environment where rolling up your sleeves is required and having the get it done attitude
Singaporean or permanent resident with local working experience is a must Ideally with security clearance for government and defense


Bachelors Degree in Computer Science/Engineering
