Key Role

Champion all technology driven Initiative for Health Solutions Singapore and ensuring smooth implementation and management of such initiatives The Manager, Operations & Technical Services is integral as the business continue to expand where operation efficiencies and technology is a key value proposition in Aon Verbal communication skills is very important as The Manager, Operations & Technical Services will be expected to lead dialogue sessions and collaborate with internal and external partners / stakeholders Analytical and project management of time lines are critical to ensure quality user experience and on-going management of such initiatives


Champion all Technology driven initiatives driven for Health Solutions Singapore and ensure smooth implementation plus manage the on-going maintenance of such initiatives
Primary liaison between business units, technology teams, external partners in supporting these applications
Overall Owner of technology utilized by the business Business requirements gathering
Conduct requirements workshops to gather business requirements
Coordinates and performs UAT
Liaising with internal and external stakeholders to define business problems and needs
Work closely with end users to support and advice on system related queries
Documentation of process and user guides for end user
Provide updates to the management team on progress of projects

Support with implementation and integration of new tools and technologies by managing data and content requirements, conducting trainings and monitoring utilization by business teams
Collect data and conduct data reviews, create and maintain data flow processes, collaborate with internal and external partners to rectify issues and gaps in service
Ability to pro-actively manage timelines with internal and external stakeholders
Identifying opportunities for streamlining and improving system and processes
Any additional duties that may be allocated to you by the company from time to time


Degree or Diploma from a recognised university or Polytechnic
2-5 years in the insurance Industry within Health and Benefits
Strong skills in written and verbal communication, and analytical, critical thinking and problem solving skills required
Strong analytical abilities to evaluate information for effectiveness and accuracy
Strong interpersonal skills able to communicate well across organisational levels
Advanced skills on MS systems including Word, Excel, Powerpoint required
