Job Description:

Planning and ensuring timely and accurate delivery of all routine activities as signed off with internal and external customers

Identifying opportunities of improvement in operations and quality deliverables

Ensuring service improvement programs (SIPs) are identified and executed as per plan

Ensuring proper governance and execution model for all kinds of SIPs (Six Sigma, Automation, Fast Track Projects) Demonstrating the impact to internal and external customers as an output of SIPs

Ensuring allocation of appropriate resources for process transition of any new or existing customer

Ensuring proper planning of process transition

Updating all stake holders on the progress of process transition against agreed upon plan

Ensuring proper signoff on transition with all stake holders

Coordinating and holding BQC meeting as a convergence on Six Sigma Meeting targets on training and projects as per BQC charter

Mentoring all Six Sigma project in the business to ensure smooth and timely execution

Identifying new opportunities for Six Sigma projects by understanding the pain areas of business

Training of resources of Six Sigma as per business and corporate training calendar

Coordinating with external auditors for audits and certifications

Representing business as Management Representative for all standards and compliance requirements

Ensuring compliance to Internal audit calendar

Following up with process owners on closing the gaps identified in internal and external auditors

Updating Manager - Compliance on the status of all action items derived as corrective and preventive actions as an outcome of internal and external audits

Escalating to appropriate levels about any gaps identified from time to time in the implementation of systems

Understanding of business Financial report and identify areas to improve GM along with Service Delivery Managers and Business Heads

Identifying and executing Six Sigma and Automation projects focusing on reduction of cost by improving efficiency

Keeping track of all savings achieved from projects and validating it with finance

Planning and executing plans to reduce cost of quality team for the business

Ensuring proper allocation of resources for the function/business as per the load

Ensuring proper skill enhancement and career growth for the team

Handling of any issues within the team

Understanding the requirement of any new RFP and responding to the same appropriately

Working with Head Quality on initiatives to improve the overall quality delivery model

Should be able to

- Understand the concepts of Six Sigma

- Execute project under the mentor-ship of a Black Belt

Should be able to

- Derive inference as per data analysis and provide suggestions for performance improvements

- Conceptualize and deliver adhoc report requirement as per business needs

- Recommend and drive automation opportunities for reporting

Manages project plans to ensure the timely delivery of outcome; Shows persistence in overcoming obstacles; Sets daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual goals, creating specific plans to meet them; Evaluates positive and negative alternatives within time and resource constraints

Interacts with team members; Responds in a timely manner and cooperates with other members to achieve the workgroup goals Assists team members in activities when necessary Demonstrates collaboration by sharing necessary information Recognizes the achievements of others in the team
