Team Reporting Role
Role Objective
The objective of this role is to ensure smooth HR Operations and run end-to-end payroll for the entities right from sharing the inputs with the payroll partner to output and salary credit to employees with 100% accuracy within specified timelines Along with payroll, this role will also manage all compliances and HR Operations
Job Responsibilities
Payroll is outsourced to outside Payroll Management Organisation Responsible to ensure smooth error free system
- Design, Develop & Sustain Lean HR & Admin Processes
- Develop & Manage end to end system for HR Analytics
- Manage HR Back office Productivity
- Comm HR Impact
- Manage HR IT systems
- Payroll Management Input, Output, Bank File, Payroll Register
- Managing Salary Reimbursements
- Full & Final Settlement process
- Statutory Compliance Management POSH, PF, PT, LWF, ESIC, Others
- Quarter and Annual Return Filing; Form 16 for employees
- Manage Records, Employee and Salary Master
- Tracking Leave & Attendance and Regularization process
- Tracking and Maintaining Manpower Budget Positions and Cost
- Annual Compensation Review (Increments and Performance Linked Bonus) disbursements
- Salary Management for Contract Staff
- Mediclaim support and administration
- Policy Review
- Vendor Agreements
- Salary Account Opening Coordination
- Audit Statutory, Process, Compliance and IFC Audits to be managed end-to-end
- Continuous Process Improvements
- Adhoc MIS and other work which needs to be completed as required from time-to-time
