Job Description:

We are looking for a true techno-commercial individual who is excited to take up new challenges He shall be managing Key accounts, farming them, ensuring order fulfillment & Customer NPS

Role Responsibilities

- Account Management & Farming The desired candidate needs to demonstrate sharp skills of managing key accounts and growing them into cash cows

- Plan, execute and monitor order fulfillment with the objective of attaining accelerated growth and Customer NPS

- Ensuring 100% end to end fulfillment rate for all orders

- Get relevant Enterprise customers on board, nurture them and convert them to consistent key accounts

- Strategize entry across industrial segments and enabling technology led procurement

- Plan, execute and monitor the sales operations with the objective of attaining accelerated growth

- Ensuring 100% compliance on taxation, account receivables and payables

- 4+ years of relevant experience in Key Account management, farming, hunting of new accounts and Operations in B2B/ Industrial space Consultative sales & Account mgmt experience would be preferred

- Excellent communication & people management skills High level of ownership, willingness to set up things from scratch

- Startup experience would be an added advantage

- Must have flair for new and evolving technologies and has a vision to transform a traditional B2B industry into a technology driven industry

- B Tech & MBA
