Job Description:

1 Should have strong experience in implementing Success Factors Compensation and Variable Pay modules and HR business processes for external customers
2 To provide strong expertise in configuring Compensation and Variable Pay modules in terms of implementing global business requirements Should understand country specific localizations
3 Deep expertise in following areas
a Configure Compensation plan & Variable Pay Plan templates includingtotal compensation
b Configure Compensation forms (design worksheets)
c Configure Field Based Permissions, Route Maps, Executive Reviews
d Launch of compensation forms
e Manage changes in Compensation Reports
f Manage Reward statements configurations- Knowledge on XML, HTML, CSS, XSL including custom logic, reading custom fields from templates
g Employee Central integrated Compensation and Variable pay (not-mandatory)
4 Expertise in a proposing the solutions to business Must have good experience in designing the functional and technical solutions This role requires build the demo or prototype for the HR systems to present the solution to business leads
5 Coordinate with technical leads, Onsite business leads, Project managers and delivery managers Accountable for design, build, testing and documentation
