Job Description:

What youll do at Manages the execution of anti-money laundering (AML) monitoring strategy by, developing processes, procedures and detailed system requirements to mitigate identified AML risks; collaborating with business stakeholders and aligning business needs with system functionality; driving awareness with stakeholders of system tuning and testing results; and developing training strategies and communication for system changes that facilitates both proper execution from end users and understanding from leadership Manages monitoring program development, execution, resources by, prioritizing the intake of data requests, maintenance issues and system enhancements that have both long and short term department impacts; managing the development of operational reports; managing data retention and have access to retained data in order to meet filing requirements; managing AML statistical analytics; conducting user testing of systems and identify issues in order to implement solutions; and integrating AML compliance requirements into applications, tools, technology designs and store controls Manage AML monitoring process improvement by, driving the process for compliance and validation testing; understanding and discerning testing results with regulatory and policy requirements, including data retention and regulatory filing requirements; leveraging support groups and business stakeholders to implement solutions; understanding and tracking industry changes; and integrating financial service compliance initiatives into overall business process Minimum QualificationsOutlined below are the required minimum qualifications for this position If none are listed, there are no minimum qualifications Minimum Qualifications Bachelors degree in Business, Law, Education, Criminal Justice, Information Technology, Statistics or related field and 1 year experience in compliance, financial services, information technology, statistics or related field OR 3 years experience in compliance, financial services, information technology, statistics or related field Preferred QualificationsOutlined below are the optional preferred qualifications for this position If none are listed, there are no preferred qualifications Statistical Programming Language - SAS Masters Business, Masters Criminal Justice, Masters Education, Masters Information Technology, Masters Law, Masters Statistics CAMS - Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist - Certification
