What youll do at Develops and implements cost-effective recruiting strategies tied to functional area objectives by establishing and maintaining partnerships with functional leaders and hiring managers; setting and implementing functional recruiting objectives and strategic intent ; forecasting current and future recruitment needs; establishing and maintaining service level standards ; advising, educating, and consulting with hiring managers on recruiting process, strategy, and market conditions; applying creative solutions in solving challenging recruitment issues; and engaging and managing external vendors Plans and executes the interview process by communicating expectations, feedback, and status information to candidates, customers, hiring managers, cross-functional partners, and other stakeholders throughout the selection process; providing selection recommendations for functional areas and business unit positions; managing the offer process, including negotiating and communicating offer information, compensation, and benefits; ensuring on boarding of new hires; and ensuring selection process documentation is completed and entered into human resources systems Manages multiple strategic projects supporting the recruiting process by developing and maintaining project schedule and scope; identifying and tracking milestones; managing full-cycle recruiting and selection process for positions within assigned functional area; collaborating with partners to identify ideal candidate skills and experience needed; sourcing a diverse candidate pool using various methods while promoting the employment value proposition ; providing project status reports to stakeholders ; ensuring management support of and participation in projects; creating solutions or contingency plans; and escalating project-related issues to senior management Monitors the effectiveness of recruitment programs by analyzing and communicating hiring results; collecting feedback and implementing initiatives to improve program effectiveness; analyzing client and candidate satisfaction rates; and researching and benchmarking industry best practices to refine program strategies Delivers full-cycle recruiting for critical positions in the business unit by hosting intake sessions with business unit hiring managers to learn position requirements; ensuring proper position posting and processing of applicants in the human resources system; utilizing creative sourcing techniques to deliver a diverse candidate pool; screening candidates for qualifications; coordinating with hiring managers to arrange for interviews; collecting feedback from hiring manager on quality of candidates; and managing the offer process, including negotiating and communicating offer information, compensation, and benefits Minimum QualificationsOutlined below are the required minimum qualifications for this position If none are listed, there are no minimum qualifications Minimum Qualifications Bachelors degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field and 1 years experience in human resources, staffing, recruiting, hiring, or related area OR 3 years experience in human resources, staffing, recruiting, hiring, or related area Preferred QualificationsOutlined below are the optional preferred qualifications for this position If none are listed, there are no preferred qualifications Human Resources - Professional HR (PHR) CERTIFICATION - Certification
