Manager HR Projects (IIM/TISS/XLRI/ISB/Symbiosis/JBIMS/SP Jain/MDI) - Financial Services

MBA in HR preferably from a Premier B School The person will work with Sr HR Leadership & Drive HR Projects in multiple areas

Job responsibilities

To assist HR leadership -

1 In formulating HR strategies and operational plans aligned to business requirements for acquiring, retaining, motivating, developing and managing the employee relationships to achieve stated business objectives and employee satisfaction

2 In Competency building - through training need/gap identification, designing training programs, conducting soft skill training, developing internal trainers

3 In Developing alternate learning initiatives and managing change transformations

4 In area of Performance Management

5 In area of Employee Retention & engagement programs

6 In Culture building for the organization in line with global strategic growth

7 During Annual budgeting and HR department manpower budgeting
