Job Description:

1 Understand the hiring forecasts from the Business on quarterly basis and align the TA team on the same expectations

2 Be a partner to the Business Head and HR Dept for solving employee related issues

3 Drive and ensure 100% compliance on Performance Management process and support the business leaders at every stage of the process

4 Ensure every resigned employee fills up the online exit interview form

5 Analyze and understand the actual / hidden reason behind the exit, understand the same from the employee with a one to one interaction, talk to the BU Head if required and bring to the notice of HR Head if need be

6 Maintain Org structures for each of their Business Unit to get a sense of the employee productivity
