Growth Marketing manager (online)

- Driving rapid and profitable customer acquisition through Digital Channels with extensive controlled experimentation across the funnel and scale-up of stable channels

- Designing, executing and reporting Growth exepriements across top (channels), middle, and bottom of the funnel

- Designing, executing and reporting Growth exepriements across top (channels), middle, and bottom of the funnel

- Constantly fine tuning and optimizing working channels to reduce CAC

- Driving SEO and organic growth with clear actionables month on month

- Setting up a best in class analytics setup and derive insights leading in to more experimentation

- Create an online acquisition Playbook to support rapid expansion across the country

- Manage campaign managers and business analyst directly and groom them to take on bigger roles

Experience

- 4-8 Years of Digital Marketing experience with expertise in one paid marketing channel

Qualifications/Desired Attributes

Education BTech/MBA from a premier institute

- Comprehensive understanding of the ad-tech ecosystem and digital properties

- High analytical & problem solving ability

- Hands-on approach for executing experiments and setting processes

- Hustler with a go-getter attitude

- Ability to work in dynamic environment with changing goal posts and responsibilities

- High levels of motivation, energy & drive to ensure relevant goals are achieved

Skills

- Solid Digital Growth experience at a high velocity consumer internet org

- Mastery in one Digital Channel/Platform like Google or Facebook
