Role Purpose

The MI analyst role has been created to deliver the on-going management information requirements of the CCCs for the Voice and Virtual Team

This role is largely responsible for the daily, weekly, monthly production of reporting and insights used by the Voice and Virtual Leadership Teams

This role will require the successful candidate to possess strong analytical capability and strong attention to detail

A key function of this role is working with stakeholders across the Global V&V team to identify and capture requirements and validate outputs for accuracy



Support the Team in improvement of all MIS and performance metrics

Deliver Daily and Monthly Global reporting across GCC footprint consistently

Analyze reports & draw inferences beneficial to the centre

Manage day-to-day operational aspects of MIS

Manage league table criteria for CC markets

Review deliverables and interact with key stakeholders

Ensure Group communication, update and relevant information are cascaded to the CCC sites accordingly

Proficient in Excel Macros

Plan and business performance review with the required stakeholders Take minutes and follow through to closure

Constantly evaluate opportunity to enhance/re engineer reporting to be more customer centric

Effectively liaise with Vendors on day to day activities and develop effective leadership

Undertake Projects to improve overall performance / efficiency of service units

Provide support for projects and initiatives in terms of data, information, data representation, etc as may be required from time to time

Audit readiness Ensure the team adheres to all compliance requirements

Should be able to understand the call center KPIs

Effectively utilizes each team member to his/her fullest potential

Skills and Knowledge


Post Graduate / Graduate

6-7 Years of relevant work experience

Uncompromising approach to customer service and problem resolution

Good communications and interpersonal skills

Analytical ability to find solutions / outcomes / results

Excellent written and verbal English

Proficient in Excel Macros
