Role Overview

Primary responsibilities

Track financial and headcount targets for GBS across locations

Conceptualise and execute target operating model and location strategies (Incl budgets & headcount targets)

Conceptualise and track KPIs for GBS Technology eg P20 program

Support for / and preparation of various strategy packs for GBS Tech Management

Align and collaborate with other GBS facilitated services and deliver to the agenda of the same

Governance Accountability for GBS Tech

Maintain relationship with Group Internal Audit / External Audits for firm-wide / integrated / platform specific audits

Accountable for Technology / Information / Operational Risk asks / or remediation programs, including the GBS Technology Risk forum and Tech Refresh forum

Establish and operate an internal control framework to provide management the necessary assurance by conducting proactive risk assessments on agreed frequency for critical applications / platforms

Evaluate the impact of new and changing firm-wide / industry wide / regulatory requirements and enhance the control framework on an ongoing basis to maintain its adequacy

Oversee all BCP and DR activities for GBS Tech

Provide support for identification of Management metrics applicable to the GBS Tech Senior Manager & the management team

Ensure sustained focus on key KRAs for the team through regular discussions in Management meetings

Evaluate and refine key KRAs as part of dashboard from time to time
