Job Description:

* Duties and Responsibilities - Service RM reports to National Sales Manager - Jegan Allwyn and is responsible for providing a productive and motivating working environment and addressing any issues/disputes from customers or clients Incumbent is self- driven, exhibits unparalleled top-tiered service delivery and support and not only inspires others but lead by example as well Delivering a comprehensive service to enquiring customers Possibly delegating certain customer enquiries to specific teams Managing a large number of incoming calls and emails Keeping a record of customer interaction and details of actions taken Responsible for the day to day operations & ensuring full compliance with all laid down procedures and processes Lead and Manage day to day operations with focus on consistent delivery of excellent customer experience Works independently and takes ownership of issues, including accurate & tactful resolutions of queries and escalations from both internal and external customers Provide Operational support to staff including guiding them on the company s policies and procedures on operational matters Involved in process streamlining/ improvement of processes to improve operational efficiency and provide better customer service , * Diploma or degree in Banking or Finance Minimum 2 years of relevant experience is preferred Exhibits management skills that inspires high performance from staff Operational knowledge of NBFC s regulations Good verbal and written communication skills Effective interpersonal skills with both internal and external customers
