Job Description:

Role Includes

- During Month End Close, analyzing monthly P&L including variance analysis of Actual Vs Forecast, Actual Vs Plan, Current Month Vs Prior Month, Quarter over Quarter along with trend analysis

- Effectively communicate potentials issues & opportunities to head of department by preparing slide decks & details discussion through scheduling calls

- Preparing Consolidated Forecast P&L for India as a whole & submit to the Tax department for advance tax payment to the Government

- Understanding for US GAAP

- Experience in Reconciliation

- MBA or other Masters graduate degree in Finance related field, preferred

- 10+ years in a corporate accounting or finance role

- Experience with financial planning and analysis functions, including annual budget, long-term strategic planning
