Relevant work experience 5-6 years (Post qualification)s

Desired Profile

- CA with sound knowledge in / accounts/ Finance/ compliance

- Hands on experience in MIS / Reporting / Accounting

- Production of monthly financial reports regarding operations, P&L, BS, cash flows, trends, variances, profitability, and performance measurement

- Extensive experience of dealing with MD/CFO/ Director/ Third party clients

- Good communication required

- Ability to handle multiple companies together

Key Performance Areas

1 Handling Finance & Account Outsourcing team, delegating /supervising assignment

2 Team management

3 Ensuring regular compliance with statutes like Income tax, company law, PF, ESI etc

4 Preparation of monthly MIS reports for Management;

5 Handling ad-hoc queries from Management and clients;

6 Implement new processes within stipulated time & improving the existing processes

7 Variance Analysis of P&L items

8 Client interaction

9 Production of monthly financial reports regarding trends, variances, profitability, and performance measurement
