The Role Responsibilities

Learn and adapt the FCC-PMM Transaction Monitoring operating instructions and provide support
Work with Oracle Mantas alert optimisation tool Understand and execute optimisation related functional requirements and configuration changes Configure them in Mantas in a prescribed structure Should have good control over the maintenance of optimisation rules
Techno Functional expert who should be able to understand the business requirement and provide automated solution in DevOps model
Identify and define validation and monitoring logic to ensure that data anomalies are detected and contained within thresholds Investigating Transaction monitoring cases with good understanding of AAA process and provide constructive inputs for threshold tuning is preferred
Enhance the review models by continuously enriching AML knowledge and keep our standards up to date
Identify patterns, trends, and inconsistencies; draw conclusions and provide recommendations in the form of remediation, corrective and preventative actions
PMM support function Responsible in reviewing control reports, exceptions and record the findings Escalate to right channels and track until closure Follow change management procedures and implement production changes with respect to Scenario amendments / watch list with all controls Evidence the controls to ORA periodically
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to influence the decision and manage stakeholders
Maintain high standard of delivery and ensure no high / medium audit findings

Drive a culture of data quality and contribute to enhanced operational efficiency by continually seeking ways of improving work processes
Work with Oracle Mantas system and FCC requirements and mapping set-up
Identify patterns, trends, and inconsistencies; draw conclusions and provide recommendations in the form of remediation, corrective and preventative actions
Investigate Product Review Assessments Contribute in assessing business AML risks and converting them into optimal Transaction Monitoring solutions
Enhance the review models by continuously enriching AML knowledge and keep our standards up to date

Skillset Requirement

Should have prior experience in Business/Data analysis and relevant technical expertise with analytical / data mining tools
Strong SQL knowledge and automation experience using any programming tools (such as Java, Python) Working experience with reporting tools such as Tableu is preferred
Good understanding on SCB Product and System landscape and working experience on requirements, change and impact analysis is preferred
Good knowledge on AML or Working experience on either Payment, Core Banking systems or Transaction Monitoring systems
Should have prior experience in Delivery and Business change Management
Experience in Banking and AML domain is must Strong knowledge in AML / KYC / Sanctions / Regulatory / Compliance domain
Good knowledge on AML or Working experience on Payment or Trade systems is preferred Technical / functional expertise on Mantas AML is an added advantage
Experience in Banking and AML domain is must Strong knowledge in AML / KYC / Sanctions / Regulatory / Compliance domain Relevant certification is an added advantage
