CEAT is seeking a Manager Campus & Leadership Hiring who works closely with RPG group for the Tier 1 campus hiring piece Other than that, there are campuses which CEAT approaches directly in which case this individual manages hiring end to end All trainee programs are led by this individual with high focus on trainee experience and robust induction through continuous improvements This individual is also involved in leadership hiring and ensures a strong talent pipeline at that level

Purpose of the Role

To build a strong talent pipeline at middle to senior management levels through effective campus initiatives and leadership hiring The ultimate aim is to deliver excellent experience to candidates, trainees and new joinees which has the potential to convert them into brand ambassadors of CEAT

Key Areas of Contribution

Campus Lead

Campus Hiring Work closely with Head Talent Acquisition to design the campus recruitment strategy and identify opportunities for strategic tie-ups or initiatives

Implement the Campus Recruitment Program for hiring Management and Engineering Graduates in consultation with Function Heads and the HR Head Organise central pre-joining engagement opportunities and programs such as creation of a campus alumni program within the organisation which can also be leveraged during the campus hiring process

Identify and organise interview panels as per the guidelines and participate in the selection process

Trainee Program Management Monitor the performance of campus candidates and campus programs on various metrics to make continuous improvements
Design a streamlined campus internship strategy to enable maximum conversion & candidate engagement
Benchmark internal processes against industry standards
Identify and evaluate technology solutions and interventions to increase efficiencies

Employer Branding Liaise with the employer branding team to create branding strategy for campuses
Ensure consistent candidate experience across campuses from a branding standpoint

Employee Engagement

Drive Employee Engagement processes Strengthen and drive the career dialogues process Work closely with the Talent Management team to create an internal talent pipeline
Strengthen and drive 360 degree feedback process
Deliver on the time to fill and time to hire metrics of recruitment by exhibiting exceptional ability to influence and execute
Use market intelligence to reach out to the rights sources and develop a strong network with complete visibility of competition practices and trends
Exhibit zero tolerance to violation of the CEAT Way of Hiring process

Lead Employee Engagement processes Demonstrate the ability to identify CEATizen traits in potential candidates
Drive the gender diversity & digital agenda of the organisation
Monitor first year attrition and success ratio of hiring
Ensure a good sourcing mix so as to keep cost per hire under control
Liaise with the employer branding team to leverage various digital tools

Candidate experience Create powerful moments of truth for each and every candidate
Deliver unique experience so that every candidate, selected or rejected, becomes a brand ambassador of CEAT

Knowledge, Skill & Behaviour Requirements

Ability to influence and manage stakeholders
Strong business acumen
Knowledge of digital platforms success factors, Kleeto and Power BI
Understanding of recruitment analytics, pipeline management and yield analysis
Agility, passion and team player

Education & Experience

Full time MBA from a reputed institute
5-7 years of relevant experience
