Job Description:


- Liaising with University Career Services divisions to gather and understand their requirements

- Analyse client requirements and prioritize scenarios and features for development

- Work with multiple product teams and business disciplines to customize VMocks offerings as per client requirements

- Develop technical domain expertise and formulate strategies to drive user engagement

- Forecast and track key account metrics to derive insights and build a success plan with the appropriately identified objectives, milestones and metrics needed to achieve them

- Owning post-sales account management and communication for key accounts across the globe

- Regular analysis of data and maintenance of accurate records to share with upper management, senior leadership or clients


- 2-5 years of experience in the high-tech space

- MBA from a top business school in India or abroad

- Prior experience in geographies like US or Europe preferred

- Excellent communication skills to formulate and articulate technical, financial and value points

- Strong technical skills and capabilities to understand business applications, analytics, and platform technologies

- Ability to independently develop expertise in new emerging technologies

- Data-driven with exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills

- The candidate will be required to work in full capacity in the evening shift (3 pm - 12 am) to work with US clients
