Manager - CRM

Qualifications

- Must possess regular full-time BTech/BE/MCA OR regular full-time Post-Graduate Degree/ Diploma in Management, from a premier/ reputed institute

Experience

- Minimum experience of 10 years of managing CRM implementation in large scale, complex IT environment supporting enterprise class systems

- Experience in managing a large-scale full-life cycle implementations of CRM, including ownership of the technical solution, management of the overall team and ownership

- Functional and technical expertise in CRM configuration, web service development and application integration capabilities

- Proficient knowledge of end to end CRM life cycle

Roles & Responsibilities

- Responsible for designing, implementing, integrating, and maintain the installation, configuration and support enterprise level customer relationship management (CRM) software through best practices and management of a technical team

- Provide technical leadership to the functional team, development team, and clients for CMR implementation

- Analyse and resolve CRM program issues in a timely and accurately as well as hold responsibility for monitoring data quality

- Involved in on the CRM platform architecture ensuring it works seamlessly across the organisation and captures all required information at key points in the customer life cycle

- Apply proven communication and problem-solving skills to guide and assist the user group on issues related to the design, development and deployment of CRM software critical to business operations

- Planning and delivering CRM strategies for system encouraging customer retention and customer loyalty

- Working closely with all departments to ensure the CRM works effectively for all aspects

- Overseeing direct communications with customers through the CRM, and providing technical expertise in managing end to end grievances process

- Developing testing strategies for all aspects of the CRM
