Tap all SME firms which recruit from campuses in their respective regions by meeting the VP/ Head- HR/ Campus Recruitment Head Engage with clients for all campus related activities and develop high- quality client relationships- strategize and build an effective plan for each client New account acquisition as per sales strategy and plans support Corporate Account Management team in nurturing mid to senior level relationships 2- 5 years of technology product sales (B2B) experience experience to HR professionals(recruitment related) is preferred Consistent track record of meeting and exceeding revenue and profitability targets Qualifications Solid planning and methodical thinking (accounting for various external and internal factors) Good business acumen and analytical abilities with an eye for detail Ability to understand the clients problems and connect the dots of how our solution can help Strong written and oral communication skills and equally high listening skills Ability to build relationship and connect with people values relationships Maturity and ability to handle stress and demanding client requirements Self driven, persistent, action oriented, quick thinker and goal drive- willing to travel significantly
