Job Description:

Job Summary

Responsible for coordinating with project and monitoring the commercial activities of the sites of different International locations

Key Accountabilities

Duty Statements

Reviewing Contract details

Review the terms and modes of payment
Study the contract, note down the contract value and other important commercial terms and conditions and reviews
Update bank guarantee requirements and insurance policies of the projects after reviewing

Key Deliverables

Working capital management for International business
Process improvement and implementation for faster billing and collection
Process improvement and implementation for faster project completion
Review and monitor the cost of projects
Review Variance analysis, budgeted figures with actual, physical progress data periodically
Collect and submit negotiable documents like Bill of Lading, Custom Invoice, Packing List, etc to the bank in time
Monitor Account Receivables (AR) on regular basis and prepare AR
Conduct audit co-ordination for various sites
Handle internal and external auditors
Prepare and review MIS and PCS (Project Control Statements) for better monitoring of revenue, outstanding etc
Co-ordinate with accounts for reconciliation of PCS, MIS, AR etc on regular basis
CTC monitoring, Zero Based costing, Variance analysis
Project closure activities
Compliances with banks
Hedging requirements support to finance
Tender co-ordination with International Team
Auditing of branch books
Preparing of Yearly budgets for all regions along-Sales, EBIDTA & PBT and getting signoff from all PCH and president
Capex preparation and approval for all Regions
Preparation of monthly estimates and its co-ordination with site for its execution
Tax Compliance report from all regions and its presentation to Management
