What Youll Do The position of Manager of Americas Commercial Customer Relationship Management Team is responsible for handling the collection efforts of the Cisco Capital Americas portfolio while delivering operational processes and efficiencies The manager is also responsible for the supervision of the in house Customer Relations Managers In addition, the Manager will also work closely with other internal Cisco teams as well as performing collections for the largest and most sensitive customer accounts The Manager would also work closely with the Controller concerning Corporate HQ General Ledger matters, Bankruptcies and audit reporting requests The job does not require performing credit analysis on potential customers

Job responsibilities Leads and Motivates a team located in our RTP, North Carolina site to achieve desired results & Customer/Partner Satisfaction
Ability to build, maintain and expand cross-functional relationships; adapt to changing needs develop a deep knowledge of processes, resources and tools across the organization
Understands Ciscos external customers needs and how they affect client groups processes and deliverables; responsible for achieving results that may affect deadlines
Identify and drive process improvements
Acts as point of escalation for team/customer/field issues
Accountable for managing assigned staff, projects, customer satisfaction and issue resolution, process improvements and collections rate and DQ number
Implements effective teamwork practices & maintains appropriate team metrics
Daily project orientation and problem solving involving cross functional partnerships
Influences process automation and cross-functional projects
Impacts team effectiveness and customer satisfaction
Works on highly complex problems requiring judgment in the selection of the method and technique for obtaining a solution
Will have direct contact with employees, customers, partners and mid to senior level management
Partners with operations management to achieve business goals by preparing, collecting and analyzing business information
Ensures financial and business volume outlooks and forecasts are accurately represented and opportunities/risks managed to the companys benefit
Provides objective alternatives to improve overall business performance
Accountable for team compliance to business policies
Support and manage the implementation of new processes and systems
Support cross functional teams in establishing new process/program criteria
Provide continuous training and mentoring to ensure team success

Who Youll Work With You will be responsible for the supervision of the in house Commercial Customer Relations Managers In addition, you will also work closely with other internal Cisco teams such as Credit, Sales, Tax, Operations and Accounting

Who You Are Education/Experience/Skills

You have a BS degree or MBA/Masters
You have 5 in industry or role specific experience
Youve got people management experience
You have previous Leasing, Collections or Cisco Experience
You possess process improvement experience
You have intermediate to Advanced Excel Skills
You possess a thorough understanding of process metrics
You have problem solving and decision-making skills
Youre comfortable presenting to Mid/Sr management
You can make timely and sound decisions
Youre dedicated to Customer Success
You have business/Industry Knowledge
You communicate effectively
You are able to influences others
You champion improvement
Youre able to handle projects
You have the ability to both work independently and lead others
