Job Description:

Merkle - Sokrati, a leader in Performance Media & Marketing Technologies, provides a sophisticated technology solution to efficiently manage Loyalty & Marketing campaigns for several large brand clients in India We are currently a 700+ people team; and growing extremely fast to gain more Loyalty & Digital Spends market share with a mix of Consulting, technology solutions & strong analytical services

In pursuit of this, Merkle - Sokrati seeks to hire talented Engagement Managers based out of Delhi/NCR whod help us build strong relationships of great performance & trust amongst its Clientele and spread the word about how we offer the best possible Loyalty & Digital Advertising experience in the industry

You d need to be Awesome at

Imagination for Work

  • Can think creatively, multiple approach to one program creation

  • Can make business sense out of raw data

  • Balance the traditional loyalty approach with new age technology advancements

  • Find collaborative ways to engage with internal & external teams

  • Knowledge of Loyalty program dynamics, Design, Technology, Analytics, Campaigns

Client Management

  • Understanding client s Business Objectives and Loyalty Marketing Need/Strategy

  • Strategizing Client s brief, create project plans & drive projects alongside the delivery team

  • Taking responsibility for end - to - end customer engagement including business analysis, business solution architecting, managing scope and schedule, delivery & optimization and client management

  • Singing Merkle - Sokrati s Loyalty Product & Service Offering & understand loyalty technology aspects of it on the back - end

  • Ability to command respect & drive meetings with CXO level members if required

  • Help create customized & impactful presentations to showcase performance impact

  • Be heart, mind and voice of client within Sokrati


  • P&L owner and opportunistic around cross - selling & up - selling to grow client relationship with Merkle - Sokrati

  • Being on top of Industry Updates from technology, competition & functionality perspective

  • Helping create & prioritizing Prospects Pipeline in line with given goals


  • Coordinate with Client, Sales and Loyalty Delivery Teams

  • Responsible for monthly / quarterly business reviews with client or custom schedule as applicable

  • Work with a team of shared resources on loyalty, strategy and business operations to drive multiple programs to completion

If you have

  • Love for numbers, can consume complex data & produce asked output

  • 3 - 5 years of total experience in loyalty marketing industry (B2B, B2C Programs both)

  • Have managed multiple customers / multiple programs / multiple accounts

  • 2+ years of Client Management or client - facing Program Management experience (Loyalty Marketing Industry preferred)

  • Versed with managing large clients, large teams with different cultures and regions

  • Love for Loyalty Marketing and everything around it

  • Sharp business acumen to step up & take control when required

  • Self - Motivation & are Organized

  • And most importantly, LOVE customers & strive for every inch of their satisfaction
