Origin Consultants Pvt Ltd has been retained by a Select Consulting Partner of Salesforcecom to identify a Manager Client Acquisition & Sales, CRM Practice (US Markets) to be based at their Corporate Office in Chennai

The Companys CRM Practice Team, a Select Consulting Partner of Salesforcecom has delivered many complex projects and solutions for customers spread across USA, Asia Pacific, UK and Germany The CRM Practice Team proposes and implements best-of-breed practices to enable customers in utilizing Salesforcecom sales and customer relationship management features to the fullest potential and maximize ROI

As the Manager Client Acquisition & Sales, CRM Practice, US Markets your responsibilities include the following

Take ownership for entire sales lifecycle from Leads to Closure, determine and execute appropriate sales strategies for the Companys CRM Practice in accordance with the Companys consolidated strategy and required financial and operational targets
Determine critical success factors for new client acquisition, negotiate and close business to ensure that Sales targets are achieved in the defined market (USA) and business segments (CRM Practice)
Identify new business development opportunities for the CRM Practice through ensuring a healthy pipeline / funnel of prospects
Ensure the continued development of the Companys CRM Practice client base by actively managing the expansion of products and services into new markets in line with the companys ambitions
Undertake a strong communicative position within each of the markets in which the Company operates with the aim of improving the market awareness of the Companys offerings and capabilities in each of these markets
Ensure that regular and relevant communication is made with potential clients across the markets in which the Company provides its products and services
Coordinate with marketing resources for campaigns, events and collateral to support CRM Practice sales activities and plans
Willingness to travel as needed to generate business both within India and abroad

Desired Candidate Profile

BE / MBA with 8 to 12 years of experience out of which 5 years of experience in the recent years in Client Acquisition & Corporate Sales in the US Markets
Hands on Sales experience preferably in Software Services / ERP or packaged applications and Solutions in US Markets
Must bring solid sales skills opportunity creation, negotiation and closure, objection handling, etc and familiarity in managing Sales funnel and pipeline
Must have the stature and confidence to interact directly with CXOs (CEO, COO, CFO and CMO) of medium to large enterprises and build trust and confidence with them
Should be knowledgeable about the products and services he or she sells and be able to sell value to clients
Must be self-driven and proactive should be able to own deliverables and commitments and need minimal supervision
Must have high levels of integrity and should be the kind who builds trust based relationships with prospects and customers
