Change Centre of Expertise (CoE) is a 100 strong team under Global Finance Operations and Transformation, focussing on SCB wide Change Management for all existing Application infrastructure for Global Finance Services (GFS), including PSGL & Subsystems

This function is also strongly governed by the Change Management principles, and Delivers and Manages changes that are of high value to regional Businesses of SCB spread across the world

Domain experts and Project management teams work in a collaborative environment to deliver group-wide Changes across all geographies The change governance function along with the business operations teams ensure expert impact analysis and support for rolling out system enhancements and changes into the GFS core financing systems


Business Analyst with a sound knowledge of Core Finance system, business and Change management areas to own change delivery for his/her respective area Liaise with all geographically dispersed stakeholders from Business and Technology teams to ensure smooth delivery for strategic changes for SCB


Ability to perform external and internal analysis to understand the underlying business / operational challenge / problem and ability to get to the root cause of a problem ( Root cause analysis)

Ability to prepare Business Case / justification document as well as Cost Benefit analysis along with applicable risk identification and mitigation

Conversant with usage of various tools involved in requirements gathering, process modelling tools, use case and activity diagram

Good understanding of user testing, unit testing and integration testing along with abilities to create test environment and test cases

Engages with the various stakeholders for further optimising the use of existing system capabilities by bringing in add-ons, customization etc

Encourages an environment of creativity and Innovation

Empowers others to take creative decisions to meet business needs

Evaluates all ideas in a transparent manner

Demonstrates ability to train on concepts of creativity and innovation

Acts as a catalyst for Change Management initiatives



Finance Professionals (Chartered Accountant/ CMA) or MBA (Finance) from a reputed institution

10 years professional experience as Lead change analyst within a finance team, preferably in PeopleSoft financials modules

Strong experience in managing Change Delivery; exposure to Project Management and Change Management practices in software/banking industry

Good understanding of PeopleSoft AP & GL modules

Good analytical and problem-solving skills and ability to work with multi-location teams to tight deadlines
