Marque Solutions, is seeking a highly motivated, accomplished Business Development manager for augmenting sales, at its Mumbai HO The candidate would be principally responsible for sales of Marques Suite of solutions and services to new accounts We are looking for a tenacious individual who is able to maximize all opportunities to increase deal size and accelerate the buying process

Responsibilities

Meet and/or exceed quarterly and annual ta goals through sales of Marques software applications Create business plans for prospects, demonstrating how Marques products and services will meet their needs Gain a clear understanding of Marques Sales process, the customer lifecycle process, and product and service value proposition Maintain knowledge of trends and issues related to customer facing activities within Insurance, telecom and other utility businesses today

Consistent track record of annual ta achievement

Passionate desire to overachieve, understand, and keep pace with the dynamics of software sales

Ability to sell business solutions at all levels, and have a knack to identify decision makers

Consistent track record of leveraging relationships and developing new business within a territory

Experience in selling software applications and/or CRM applications within the Finance, Insurance, Retail industries

Must be an empowering, confident, and articulate speaker with the ability to paint a clear vision, and motivate people to achieve it
