Business Development Manager - Facial Aesthetic Products

- To maximise the sales opportunities from current clients and the territory

- Identify potential new clients, converting leads into new business, and manage an existing portfolio of clients, working closely to build relationships, provide an excellent standard of customer service, and identify new sales opportunities

- Responsible for creating product acceptance and enhancing portfolio growth through business development activities

- The BDM provides technical product and procedure expertise as well as competitive product differentiation Assigned sales goals are obtained through creative, consultative selling and implementation of the Cos Sales/Marketing plan The company offers flexible career paths with a strong emphasis on opportunity for internal mobility

Provide regular reports of sales pipeline, and represent the company at events and trade shows when required

Your client base will include owners of high-profile aesthetic medicine clinics and established independent aesthetic practitioners, so you will need to have a good understanding of medical aesthetic treatments, and cosmetic dermatology, and you will need to be exceptionally professional, confident and polished at all times

Qualification And Experience

1 BSc & MBA with 5+ Years of Experience medical aesthetics or devices or dermatology products

2 Analytical skills

3 Strong business acumen

4 Proven selling skills

5 Strong and effective consultative skills

6 Strong conflict and problem resolution skills

7 Ability to develop key strategies and execute

8 Strong communication skills, both verbal and written

9 Strong interpersonal skills

10 Strong contract/negotiating skills

11 Financial/budgetary experience

12 Ability to travel
