Business Development job opportunity in Bangalore for dynamic and result-driven Sales professional having an experience of 7-14 years in sales of financial products and services ( Retail Banking) with expertise in Client Acquisition, Client Retention & Customer Service and handling the HNI clients

You will be responsible for identifying sales opportunities and managing existing clients and helping the business in acquisition and revenue generation & providing full leadership and direction to a team of employees in an effort to deliver a full range of sales and customer support activities

Responsibilities

- Managing the responsibility of generating revenue for financial products and services preferably in Retail Banking (Assets & Liabilities)

- Responsible for end to end sales process- lead generation to closure and further up selling & cross selling

- Responsible for acquiring HNI clients, understanding their requirements, and interest them in companys products

- Handling the responsibility of retaining the customers as well

- Executing end to end ad campaigns right from lead generation to meeting campaign delivery timelines and collection of payments

- Performing managerial duties including, performing evaluations, compensation, hiring, as well as providing direction of daily tasks and responsibilities to team members

Requirements

- Graduate/Post Graduate with 7-13 years experience in selling of financial products and services

- Excellent presentation, oral communication skills and negotiation skills

- Demonstrated leadership and motivational skills

- Target oriented individual with outstanding sales aptitude and business knowledge

- Demonstrated Influencing and relationship management skills
