Job Duties & Key Responsibilities * Duties and Responsibilities - To support business COE teams as they plan, develop, and implement digital learning projects with content curation as well as content creation Liaison between COEs and the content creation team; understand content requirements, provide recommendations on the content type/format Proven experience in instructional designing, such as audience analysis, content analysis and scoping, and design and development, along with excellent written skills in English Analyze existing source content, focusing on reuse and smart modification to add value Recommend innovative and engaging online training content, which includes incorporating mixed media and sound instructional design/development methodologies Work with external partners and support them in creating storyboards and templates, capturing and editing try-it scenarios Set up processes for content updation Coordinate with an extensive network of partners, assign responsibilities and perform quality checks on allotted tasks Bring in innovative ways and methods of delivering byte sized learning Understands tools like Articulate, captivate, Camtasia etc Publish eLearning modules to a Learning Management System (LMS) Manage and prioritize multiple learning project plans with extreme flexibility to meet tight deadlines Manage our Learning Management system to provide the best experience for the learners Perform quality assurance testing during the development life cycle of training programs content, products and services Measure the effectiveness and impact of learning solutions, and use the data to continuously improve our learning solutions Organize updates to existing learning materials for the continuous improvement of course content

Required Qualifications and Experience * Minimum experience of 4-5 years in handling digital content creation Experience in digital tools available for content creation Should have managed design, delivery, review of entire and complete life cycle of learning content development Should have a good understanding of story Boarding, Instructional Design Should be good in creating a delivery oriented team and manage the overall implementation process Ability to work independently and high execution rigor LMS Knowledge #LI-DNI
