Job Description:

We are looking for a real dynamo to join the recruitment team as Business Analyst for Analytics hiring vertical, Pan India In this exciting role, you will be the face with our internal clients to capture their recruitment needs This will involve having in-depth knowledge of hiring channels, processes and , being able to connect the dots to figure the best solution for the requirement, and project managing the deliverables with razor sharp focus and will work with the RMX and HR and operations team to build the plan for hiring for growth A successful recruiter is one who can build relationships, simplify complex situations, offer innovative solutions, and balance a creative mindset with a focus on execution

Responsibilities


  • Design, develop & maintain the recruitment process in the organization (including its description, recruitment measurement definitions, regular measurement reporting)

  • Source the right candidate for the role and leverage the various channels (social media, referrals, job boards, linked In and vendors) appropriately

  • Conduct job interviews for the specified client group

  • Ensure 100% compliance with the reporting &documentation for the end-to-end recruitment process

  • Ensure key metrics like cost per hire/channel mix/ are reviewed timely as per the current positions

  • Monitor and constantly reduce the cost of recruitment process

  • Explore the market best practices in the recruitment & staffing function and implement appropriate best practices in the organization

  • Responsible for end to end hiring process along with collaborating with various internal teams like Sourcing, Background Verification, Onboarding, Shared Services

  • Front end with Stakeholders and manage team of recruiters relevant to the aligned vertical Monitor and set up governance rhythm with the key stakeholders

  • Collaborate with the stakeholders (local as well as global) to ensure the positions are filled within agreed timelines and deliver superior customer experience


Qualifications
Minimum qualifications


  • Strong verbal and written communication

  • Strong negotiation skills

  • Ability to manage multiple and demanding stakeholders

  • Ability to work under stringent timelines in a target-driven environment

  • Ability to understand the larger picture viz business financials, operations etc

  • Technology friendly in using MS office

  • Past experience in Team leading preferred

  • Graduate/MBA in HR from a recognized University

  • Exposure in hiring for skillsets Analytics & Reporting for domains like BFSI, Financial service Analytics, Statistical modeling, Risk modeling and reporting, investment research, Regulatory Reporting, AML/KYC
