Job Description:

Inviting applications for the role of Management Trainee Infrastructure and Logistics
The role in Infrastructure and Logistics team will require candidate to prepare-monitor, control monthly provision, and ensure all critical equipment s AMCs are renewed on time An individual would also be required to maintain records of conference room booking & guiding incase VC connections are required, handle & resolve escalations and monitor misc activities at Site level such as - Floricultural, Mobile Service Provider


  • Develop a strong relationship with Internal and External customers, Vendors, Local authorities/Govt bodies

  • General office Maintenance, keeping a tab on day-to-day office activities

  • Checking on the cleaning of inside and outside areas of office, pantry, etc getting pest control done monthly

  • Ensuring all agreements & Licenses are renewed on time

  • Conducting Fire Drills & sending reports of same to EHS team

  • Preparing, monitoring, and controlling monthly provision

  • Procuring and maintaining stock of all stationery, visiting cards, any other item required; for all locations

  • Checking of all inward material & signing on MRNs (Material Receipt Note)

  • Ensuring all critical equipment s AMCs are renewed on time (UPS, CCTV, ACS, FAS, AC, etc) And services are conducted on time

  • Coordination between vendor and AP team for timely receiving of materials and timely releasing of vendor payment checking on maintenance of other office assets and consumables (photocopier, printer, pantry items, furniture and fixtures, fire extinguishers, etc)

  • Making sure there is a record of all inward or outward items & Checking of registers at Reception

  • Follow up rigorously in case of reversals/ refunds Keeping stock of Merchandise & storing it securely

  • Handling office Petty cash

  • Keeping track of facility employees (office boys, security, housekeeping, etc) Keeping updated record of relevant information & photos of all employees

  • Arranging all kind of events & central events, celebration of festivals and aiming for best deals (in office as well as outside)

  • Coordinating internal and external guest / client / employees visits Coordinating with Operations team, to ensure smooth flow of activities in case of any events, etc

Education qualifications

Education Graduate in any field/stream

Preferred qualifications

  • Skills Good knowledge of MS Office, especially excel, PowerPoint & word

  • Abilities to be able to effectively communicate in English over emails
