Position Function/ Purpose


Responsible for business results for Canon Products from NRC/LFR Account Reliance, Croma, Vijay Sales Etc Developing a Solid and Trusting Relationship between Major LFR A/cs and Canon Resolving Key Accounts issues and Complaints Developing a complete understanding of the Key Account Needs Managing Communication between he LFR Accounts and Internal Teams of Canon Negotiating Contracts and establishing timeline for Results Collaborating with all Stake Holders for Desired Results Planning and presenting Reports on Account Progress ,Sales Growth and Ways to Counter Competition Complete Management of Selling Price Structures at LFR Stores and maintenance of Good Hygiene at all the Stores of the LFR Education Qualification Bachelors Degree , Sales and Marketing Preferred , Business Administartion sales or Relevant Field /PG Diploma or Masters Degree from Good Institute/College is Preferred Experience 5-7 years Experience Preferably in Modern Trade / NRC Account Management Able to Multi Task , prioritize , Goal Oriented and Organized Team Player Excellent Verbal and Written Communication Skills Relationship Management Skills and Good Presentation Skills Good Exposure to Retail Industry and travel experience required Technical Skills Well versed in MS Office , Good Powerpoint and Presentation Skills Basic Knowledge of IT Products required Industry Preference Person should have worked for any consumer durables/IT or Electronics company with good systems and processes Job Duties Business Results - Achieving targets of revenue and quantity for each product category and models, keeping in view the business share of various retail chains Marketing Programs - Person would be responsible for executing the programs for various retail chains as per calendar and budget These programs include trainings for retail partners and promoters; joint promotions of products; road shows, contests for consumers to participate and engage with the Brand at the Stores Track programs done by Competition brands with retail chains for the purpose of feedback, planning and execution Monitor and report effectiveness of the programs conducted and its impact on business results Retail Visibility and Stocks on Display - Ensuring good visibility of Canon brand and products at the retail outlets Sales Reporting - Daily Sales Planning and Reporting on employees online portal Reports on Partners Sales, claims and stocks Market activity report- feedback in a structured manner on various programs, initiatives and results as seen in the stores which may help in reviewing existing short term plans Promoter Management - Recruiting and Training Promoters Responsible for Promoter Productivity Desired Competencies Innovation Creativity Relationship Management and Team Work Communication Result Orientation Customer Focus Professionalism
