Location Gurgaon, Sector 32 (Corporate Office)

Work timings 930 am to 600 pm (5 Days Working)

Experience 0 to 1 Year

Qualification Any Graduate

Salary 16-18K/Month (Negotiable for good resource and It will be on third party payroll)

Taking care of front office responsibility
Managing visitors and existing / prospect customers
Listing down queries of the visitors / customers and ensure the resoltuon is provided accordingly
Coordinating room bookings
Managing the EPABX for inbound calls and channeling them to receivers
Coordinating outbound/ follow up calls
Getting cheques deposited in bank and keeping track
Travel Management, Bookings of the hotel and travel ie arranging train or air tickets, local conveyance
Courier management

Skills Excellent Communication skills, Pleasing Personality, Good attitude towards work
Hands on MS Office, Specially in Excel
