Job Title Front Office Executive (Female)

Company Profile Experion Developers, It is a 100 PERCENT FDI funded real estate developer backed by Experion Holdings, Singapore, the real estate investing arm of the $25 billion AT Holdings group of companies Other businesses of AT Holdings include Construction, Oil & Gas, Renewable Energy and Asset Management Co is developing townships, group-housing projects, commercial landmarks, organised retail destinations, hotels and resorts across Andhra Pradesh, Delhi NCR, Goa, Haryana, Maharashtra, Punjab, Tamil Nadu and Uttar Pradesh

Location Gurgaon, Sector 32 (Corporate Office)

Work timings 930 am to 600 pm (5 Days Working)

Experience 2 to 4 Years (Previous experience in Hospitality or in Real estate)

Qualification Graduation in any stream

Salary 3 - 38 LPA (Even Negotiable for good resource)

Note It will be on contract of 10-12 Months on company payroll (After that Can be converted for permanent basis if performance is good)

Taking care of front office and admin responsibility
Managing visitors and existing / prospect customers
Listing down queries of the visitors / customers and ensure the resolution is provided accordingly
Coordinating room bookings
Managing the EPABX for inbound calls and channeling them to receivers
Coordinating outbound/ follow up calls
Getting cheques deposited in bank and keeping track
Travel Management, Bookings of the hotel and travel ie arranging train or air tickets, local conveyance
Courier management
Ad hoc administrative and reception duties

Skills Excellent Communication skills, Pleasing Personality, Good attitude towards work
Hands on MS Office, Specially in Excel
