The key element of the job role is to drive new business development in the east region aligned with revenue and protability goals The person will be responsible for new center setup, providing enrollment support, executing marketing plans & initiatives

The ideal candidate should have an established sales career with 3-5 years experience in direct/concept/B2B selling in the same region Connects with C-Suite, HNI, top decision-maker, should have excellent communication, creative skills and good exposure towards marketing initiatives This role has a lot of opportunities to grow as we believe it will create a lot of impact in companys growth

Position Sr BDM / BDM - Sales & Support

Base location Kolkata, Patna, Bhubaneswar, Guwahati

Below is a brief of roles and responsibilities

We are seeking a BDM/ Senior BDM - Sales & Support for our Preschool Business Working closely with the Zonal Head, the successful candidate will lead Sales & Support in the designated region of this rapidly growing business

Roles and Responsibilities

- Responsible for Sales (Expansion) & Enrollment Support at LM Centers

- Execute Marketing Plan & handling Events with Center for Zone

- Setting up and concluding the successful meeting with prospective Franchisees

- Responsible for CLO-Counselor sales Training

- Center Support & Enrollment activities Support

- Activities and Event Handling for Zone

- Helping in setting up and planning new centres

- Day to day active support to Center

Desired Skills and Experience

- Good understanding of the preschool market

- Experience in sales with 3 to 5 years relevant job experience

- Must be comfortable with 12 to 15 days of travel in a month

- Good oral and written communication skills

- Sound sales & marketing skills & Knowledge of Franchisee Industry

- Sound Knowledge of MS office & Internet-Outlook

- Successful track record in building a Franchise business

- Proven background of excellence at work

- Ability to work independently without supervision

- Action-oriented mindset, with a service attitude

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and get things done

- Demonstrated ability to collaborate with others and be a strong team player
