Job Description:

- Lenskart is looking to bring on board Media Planning & Buying Lead

- S/he will head the planning and buying for media & be involved in a wide variety of activities including getting TV edits, Radio Ads and Print ads developed, etc

- The ideal candidate would have a track record of implementing disruptive ideas that have shown the potential for a 10x improvement rather than only managing incremental improvements

The individual will need to fit in well into the hands-on entrepreneurial culture of Lenskart and be a key contributor to its growth

Location Faridabad, Delhi NCR

Reporting to Head of Brand marketing

Interactions The role requires to collaborate across cross-functional teams to create success

Key Responsibilities

- Manage End to End planning, buying and implementation of all TV, Digital & Radio Brand campaigns

- Developing media strategy basis Brand objective & customer insights

- Developing creatives for TV, Digital, Print & Radio- getting TV ready edits post main film creation, Script to Jingle for Radio campaigns, Newspaper creatives with in-house design team

- Tracking performance of the campaign viz a viz Sales, Organic Traffic (installs and direct Traffic) home Brand searches, Store Traffic

- Ad-hoc analysis on generating consumer insights on any drop in the consumer journey

- Managing and analyzing new initiatives- any Brand experiments done across new or existing platforms

- Overseeing conceptualization for performance marketing creatives and reviewing performance regularly

- Managing and analyzing Promo and customer SMS campaigns

- Managing monthly budgets and due reporting to senior management Liaising with Finance for Forecast vs Spends for all marketing

Candidates Profile

- 6 to 9 years of relevant hands-on experience

- Excellent with Data Analysis and Presentation

- Demonstrated achievements in integrated media campaigns- across TV & Digital Channels

- End-to -end campaign planning on TV- planning, buying & benchmarking rates and executing campaigns with Agency and Publishers

- Excellent understanding of ROIs and measuring how band campaigns perform

- Full time MBA
