About the organization and team

- AP Visual Marketing leads all marketing activities for Commercial, Consumer and Gaming PC Monitor in Asia Pacific (4 Regions INDIA, Central Asia Pacific, Japan, ANZ) S/he covers complete PC monitor portfolio including Commercial, Consumer and Gaming

- Work with marketing teams in WW and Asia pacific

- Develop marketing plans and assets to elevate Lenovo monitor branding and visibility

- Align with AP and Regional business teams in driving Brand Awareness and Visibility Retail + Online

Position Description

- End to end ownership of building and executing marketing plans including assets creation and placement for Lenovo PC monitors including Gaming

- Work closely with focused country teams to understand their marketing asks for monitor business and then work directly with agency to deliver the required assets like web banners, online posts, eDMs, POSM, sales enablement campaigns and more

- Plan visual related marketing focuses and cascade to region teams as a part during their quarterly guidance calls and business review meetings

- Coordinate with Asia pacific and regional segment marketing teams and align that monitors are part of their overall business marketing campaigns/ events and extend support on assets/deliverables (if any)

- Align with WW monitor marketing team on fortnightly/ monthly basis to discuss quarterly plans, budget requirement, budget allocation, focused product directions

- Support AP Business Leads to share regular updates on marketing activities during Monthly and Quarterly Business Reviews with WW team and AP Leadership

- Plan and execute participation in key events for customers and business partners along with segment marketing teams

- Track the results and utilization of all marketing activities and assets

Key Interaction with

- AP Visual Business Lead WW, AP and regional/ segment marketing teams

- AP Leadership team, including segment leaders

Position Requirements

- 10-15 years of experience with working with various regional teams

- In-depth knowledge and experience in latest marketing trends (at least 5 years)

- 5+ years in digital and online marketing

- Work experience in PC/IT industry (channel structure, etc)

- Work experience in International companies

- Self-Starter/Entrepreneurial

- Basic knowledge and genuine interest on PC+ products (eg PC, Tablet)

- Business level English skills

- MS Excel and PowerPoint

- High-level logical thinking, critical thinking

- Practical, flexible and result oriented mindset (no silo, no bureaucracy)

- Personal network with Marketing experts in IT industry

Typical Candidate

- Existing Marketing Leader experienced in Commercial/ CONS Marketing

- Ideally Personal experience in New digital/social marketing and traditional ATL/BTL

- Ideally works in leading IT company
