Team structure, core competencies and relationships

- Part of the India marketing leadership team reporting to the India CMO

- Individual contributor role and high on collaborating with and influencing business segment leaders, partners, agencies and marketing teams

- Competent in Project Management and comfortable on delivering on multiple priorities

- Experience in CXO level engagement

Responsibilities

Digital Marketing

- Digital maturity assessment in partnership with experts to create a function wide development roadmap, cross-functional digitalization roadmap Act as a champion and PMO for implementation across project streams within marketing and outside

- Drive digital marketing excellence through processes and systems - periodic assessment, feedback and driving improvement in marketing campaigns across business segments - creative and media

- Lead common strategic programs that cut across B2C and B2B business segments

- Benchmark Response management on Social media - audit on TAT, quality, tone of voice across marketing and services functions

- Assesment and implementation of lead edge marketing tech and automation, new AI/ ML led platforms

- Partner effectively with Marketing Managers in building world class marketing systems - Omni-channel, E-com, E-tail & Brand engagement

- Create and lead E2E deep partnerships with strategic partners Google, Facebook, Inmobi and to drive business growth; benchmark agency contracts / resources and rates

- Build a leading edge B2B Digital Marketing Program, Special projects eg creating an influencer system, branded content, new Betas etc

- Understand and ensure implementation of data practices (GDPR)

- Lead engagement and joint plans with top partners

- Build effectiveness by driving a culture of transparency-measuring ad fraud, viewability, buying

- Partner in building Infra and tech to drive hyper personalization on Lenovocom for growth; create deep partnership with Adobe, Lenovocom & WW teams

- Develop fact-based metrics to determine the ROI of digital marketing efforts

Digital Transformation (beyond Marketing)

- Setting and Implementing Digital Strategy - Continuously map organization and business requirements across functions and the current state of digitalization Design and develop a Digital Transformation roadmap clarifying the role of internal tools/ tech, in-house projects and new requirements

- Serving as a Cross-Functional Change Agent - Work with Lenovo India MD and India Leadership Team to understand business challenges and requirements - explore the possibility to creatively solve using Digital tech

- Expanding the Digital Innovation Ecosystem - Keep a tab on and bring in know-how of Digital innovators and start-ups within Lenovo India across spectrum (eg Sales, HR, Marketing)

- Develop fact-based metrics to determine the ROI of digital efforts

- Engender a Digital culture - Work across the enterprise to break down data silos and evangelize the use of Digital

Requirements

- Preferred - MBA from premier B-School

- Experience in consulting companies or functions in the Digital Transformation space will be a plus

- Network with Marketing experts in IT industry
