Job Description:

Can you deliver outstanding brand management and go-to-market strategies for a combined physical-digital play experience?

We are looking for an innovative and creative Brand Manager to help us build the LEGO brand in the newly established LEGO India team

Core Responsibilities

- Build high-impact locally relevant marketing executions via using global/regional ideas to build up the LEGO active share and business growth of LEGO Singapore

- Lead all agency relationships media agency, social media agency, PR agency and own briefing, plan development and execution for the fiscal year for the portfolio within the allotted budget

- Increase brand outreach as well as brand loyalty via building buzz/participation using PR and ongoing test and learn with digital content and media innovation - with high agility

- Work closely with key sales accounts and customers to jointly plan and execute marketing activities with excellence to deliver on objectives aligned in CBP Manage relationships and projects with external partners

- Determine business/media learning via regular analysis of consumer sales and market data to build local insights (market, customer, consumer, competitor, shopper behavior)

- Play an active role in the demand planning process via preparing theme-focused building blocks

- The Brand Marketing Manager reports to the Marketing Director and will focus on execution within the India market

- Our main goals are to ensure that we deliver Brand access, consumer lifetime value, consumer-driven operations, and integrated marketing championship by building a sustainable operating platform in the market

Do you have what it takes?

- MBA in Sales & Marketing or equivalent degree

- Minimum 4+ years experience in brand, advertising or marketing, preferable in branded goods industry in categories such as FMCG, Snacks/Foods, Beverages, Sportswear or similar organizations

- Exposure to working closely with Sales team & key customers

- Excellent communication and presentation skills with an analytical mind

- Good team player with strong collaboration

- Professional working attitude with strong drive and commitment

- Consistent track record in past job for marketing operation and implementation

- IT skills Excellent knowledge of MS office tools, especially MS Excel and MS Powerpoint

- Digitally savvy Comfortable with use and operations of digital media/apps and eCommerce tools/apps
