Job Description:

Job responsibilities

- Generate sales leads, manage sales pipeline ensuring qualified sales are generated

- Complete accurate tracking of communication with current and potential opportunities and prospects in Hubspot

- Work with the Sales team to design industry-specific outbound efforts by identifying key markets and companies to target and qualify

- Qualify leads and schedule demonstrations between the Sales Team and the potential clients

- Collaborate with the Sales and Marketing teams to run email and social campaigns to generate new sales prospects

- Deliver exceptional client experience, whether on the phone, over email, or face-to-face

Requirements

- 1-4 years of experience in a customer-facing role

- Goal-driven with the ability to be independent and collaborative

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills - a sample of your writing (even something silly or fun) will help the application

- Self-starter Always looking for ways to improve or deliver

- A positive attitude & resilience in the face of challenges

- Basic understanding of the SaaS landscape

- Flexibility & comfort with ambiguity
