Job Description:

Training Sessions to be conducted on HR Induction (Organization, Policies & Employee Benefits), Behavioural Skills, Channels, Products, Social Services - Threshold of 5 Sessions per month & above
Coordinating with Stake Holders
Coordinating Training Programs - Training program Invites to participants, Trainer Bookings with Calendar Invites, Informing changes & alterations of the schedule, Accommodation & Travel Bookings of participants & Trainers, Handouts & other miscellaneous - 15 Days prior to start of any Training Program
Promoting & Tracking E-Learning for Employees Threshold of 80 PERCENT & above on completion status (Report to be shared to stakeholders on periodical basis)
New Joiners to be trained within 30 Days of joining the Organization
2 Branch visits monthly to check on training gaps for both MFI & SFB branches
Ensure trained manpower on backfilling critical positions at SFB, MFI, MSE & SHL Business
Preparing & Maintaining the Master Tracker for all New Joiner Induction Training/ SFB & MFI Trainings
Maintaining the Attendance, Feedback tracker & Test Scores
Timely processing of all claims for both internal & external vendor
