The Learning Coordinator role is responsible for the coordination of Citis EMEA Leadership training courses The role involves liaising with senior stakeholders across the EMEA region as well as Learning professionals in Country, region and Global teams to ensure the all aspects of the Leadership training courses are completed to a high standard This is a fast-paced role and you will need to be able to manage many tasks and stakeholders simultaneously, in countries across Europe, Middle East, Africa and North America

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate the EMEA virtual Leadership courses including liaising with facilitators, sending joining instructions, liaising with participants, updating global learning system and assisting with technical enquiries
Assist with the regional scheduling of Leadership events for the year
Ensure the appropriate purchase orders are in place for all events
Point of contact for Europe enquires
Assist with local and ad-hoc training events
Assist with the translation/vetting of global course materials into Polish
Provide statistical information and ad-hoc reports on training courses
Assist in the marketing process
Assist the Learning Operations Manager in the budget process
Global project participation

Qualifications

Qualifications

Flexibility and experience in managing multiple, high priority tasks and adjust to shifting priorities, while meeting deadlines
Ability to work independently and interact with all levels of management in a professional and positive manner
Strong analytical, project management and process management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail and follow-up
Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
Ability to interact effectively with senior management

Skills

Learning management system experience will be an asset
Proficient with MS Office and WebEx, and knowledge and capability of working with SharePoint
Proficient with WebEx or similar web-conferencing tool will be a strong advantage
